It is a small station a really clean one with helpfull staff. If you have questions feel free to ask them anything they will even print you the timetable of the trains you wish to take and free of charge. Nothing else to say more but here southern has employed the perfect staff.

Wow, It's really clean.
It's improved a lot since the mid 2000s. Quite nice waiting areas that are at least in the dry. It may not be very warm and it does let in some of the wind but it's dry and that's a start.
