One Line Review : Super Excellent !!! Highly Recommended !!!Detailed Review :I came to UK first time, and was looking for a flat to rent near Burgess Hill. I luckily found few flats in Hassocks which is very close to Burgess Hill. So, I went to Marchants and they showed me two flats. I liked one flatvery much. Marchants helped me right from start on every little thing and even heard all my complain and frustration with new town calmly like I am their old friend. They also prepared flat for me within a week. They also, helped me to reduce my rent by talking to lovely landlady.Right from my tenancy start date, I wanted to write good review about them, but I thought I would wait till I vacate. Every time I had chat with them or with any of staff member, I wanted to write excellent review...but I kept stopping myself and waited till I vacate.Now, I moved to different flat in different city. All settlement done. Got my deposit back and I have not changed my mind about them.I am bit sad to leave them though.I wish to go back to Marchants and I wish they have their large branches all over UK so everyone can have same great experience as I had and change their mind about property agent services.On top of great service ...here is brief about their minimum charges story....They charged me the least agency fees. I think its lowest agency fees in market. They gave me great services and help...again, I think its a best service you can ever get with any agency.Though I always took care of property as my best, I was still expecting that they will charge me about 200 pounds once I move out and find some reason somehow for that charge. But, I was surprised to know that I got all my deposit back.I can't thank them enough for their great services !!! I certainly want to go back to Marchants .
